Hi everyone! I am so excited to share my latest project with you, my customized cube. So after buying the furniture of my dreams, I realized that I still needed additional storage space for my gym clothes and accessories. I talked myself out of buying an additional dresser and decided to purchase a cube to help organize my things. I’ve used these cubes before when doing closet renovations for my clients, so I figured why not try it myself.
Generally, I was pleased with the amount of space that the cube saved and how many items that I was able to stuff into the compartments. I also liked how I could add drawer inserts if I chose to, however I felt the white cube did not fit well with my mirrored, silver fabulous furniture. Therefore, I decided to customize it to match. Using the same Martha Stewart paint that I used to customize the display case, I painted the cube antique silver using primer and sealer to finish it off! These cubes can be used for anything, are inexpensive and easy to put together and we now know they can be customized to match any decor! I even think u can add furniture studs along the sides to take them up a notch! That may be my next DIY!
